Heh, well here are some from my own list:

"Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." (George Bernard Shaw)

"The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware." (Henry Miller)

"Yes, I am a dreamer. For a dreamer is one who can find his way by moonlight, and see the dawn before the rest of the world." (Oscar Wilde)

"You may never know the result that comes from your actions, but if you do nothing, there will be no result." (Gandhi)

"Do not be too moral. You may cheat yourself out of much life. Aim above morality. Be not simply good; be good for something." (Thoreau)

Hmmm... mostly writers. Can't tell I was an English major, huh? ;-)

p.s. thanks for the heads-up on the situation in Guyana. It doesn't look like anything that should affect the program.
